Cheatgrass found on pad and all along pipeline from 1-10 to 3-10. Erosion found and marked on map. Bare spots reported in prior years are still bare, recommend interseeding. Cheatgrass. Sparse areas reported since 2012 have not improved with time. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) shrubs and forbs missing, also rills noted.
