    BLM Comments:

    Fix PADMS - too much area shown as reclamation (correction requested last year as well). Not fenced. Lots of bare ground, not doing great for a 5 year site. Has large sparse areas. Does quantitative data support this site as achieving Yr 5 criteria?  If not please address bare ground issue. Fix PADMS, PADMS issue has been brought to SWEPI's attention for 3 years.  Please correct. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) lack for forb and shrub.2016 area was re-disturbed with lots of bare ground but the adjustment have been reflexed in PADMS reclamation has still not with in the success guidelines
