    BLM Comments:

    Cheatgrass in the same spots that were identified last year! Fenced. Lots of alyssum. Bare patches, marked on map. Cheatgrass.  Lack of forbs and sparse areas reported in 2013 have not improved with time.  Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) for forb and shrub.
