    BLM Comments:

Cheatgrass, no forbs, tall mustard, very weeds, will not meet reclamation criteria. Pepperweed, mustard, alyssum, russian thistle, and halogeton were found. Erosion from last year has still not been addressed. Cheatgrass identified in 2014 persists. Lack of forbs and poor seed emergence identified in 2012. Site does not appear to have met the year five criteria. Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) shrubs are missing, also erosion.
