    BLM Comments:

    Fenced, Needs attention. Cheatgrass, some of it is marked, didn't walk the entire pad so there may be more. Trash was found, colored flags. Lots of alyssum and halogeton were found. Erosion. Cheatgrass. Update PADMS with new seeding date.  Site is not showing reproductive capability (also noted by Aster Cyn) for forbs and shrubs, undesirable materials and gullies.
